Delete your account

Tickers Watch · ICG Trading Labs Limited

You can delete your Tickers Watch account yourself, at any time, from either the app or the website. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no waiting period and no need to contact us first.

From the app

  1. Open the app and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap your email address at the top, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

From the website

Sign in, open your account page, and choose Delete account.

What is deleted

  • Your account, email address and display name.
  • Your password hash, any passkeys, and any linked Google or Apple sign-in.
  • Your saved watchlist.
  • Alerts attached to your account, and your active sessions.

Two things are worth calling out. Alerts you created on a device before ever signing in belong to that device rather than to your account, and keep working until you delete them in the app or delete the app. And referral click records, which contain no account data, are retained for up to 24 months for partner accounting, as described in the privacy policy.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@icg.io from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
