Privacy Policy

Last updated July 29, 2026

tickers.watch and the Tickers Watch iOS app are operated by ICG Trading Labs Limited. Both are market-data products: they show prices, funding and open interest for perpetual futures listed on third-party exchanges. There are no user accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.

What the website collects

Aggregate traffic data. We use Vercel Analytics, which records page views without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors.

Referral attribution. If you arrive through a partner link (tickers.watch/r/<code>), we store that partner’s code in a cookie named twref for 90 days. If you then follow a link to an exchange, we record that the click happened, along with the partner code, the exchange, the ticker, your IP address and browser user-agent. This is how partners are credited. We do not use it to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell it.

Administrative sign-in. The private admin area uses a session cookie. It is not used by ordinary visitors.

What the iOS app collects

An anonymous install identifier. A random value generated on your device. It is not derived from your hardware, Apple ID or advertising identifier, and it is what associates your alerts with your device. Deleting the app deletes it.

Device locale, time zone and app version, so notifications can be formatted and problems diagnosed.

A push token, but only if you enable alerts. It is issued by Apple and lets our servers send you a notification. If you never create an alert, we never request one.

Your alerts and watchlist. Alerts (ticker, condition, threshold) are stored on our servers so they can be evaluated while the app is closed. Your watchlist stays on the device and is not sent to us.

A partner code, if you opened the app through a partner link, held on the device for 90 days and attached to outbound exchange links.

The app contains no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics, and does not use Apple’s advertising identifier or App Tracking Transparency.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts the website and provides the aggregate analytics. Cloudflare serves traffic and sees request metadata. Expo relays push notifications to Apple on our behalf, and so receives the push token and the notification text. Apple delivers the notification to your device.

When you tap through to an exchange you leave our product entirely, and that exchange’s own privacy policy applies. We do not sell personal data or share it with data brokers.

How long it is kept

The referral cookie and the app’s stored partner code expire after 90 days. Referral click records are retained for up to 24 months for partner accounting. Alerts and the device record are kept until you delete the alert or the app.

Removing your data

Deleting an alert in the app removes it. Deleting the app removes the install identifier and the push token from your device, and the corresponding record stops being used; write to us if you would like it erased immediately. Clearing your browser cookies removes the referral cookie.

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or erase personal data we hold, and to object to how it is used. Contact us and we will respond.

Children

These products are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
